#146 AMQ RADIOGRAPHY MID - PUMA ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

AMAZING PAIR OF SHOES FROM THE ALWAYS GREAT COLLABORATION BETWEEN BRITISH DESIGNER ALEXANDER MCQUEEN & PUMA. I LOVE THE LINES & THE SHAPES ON THESE MIDTOPS WHICH SET THEM APART FROM THE STANDARD MID-HIGH TOPS. THERE IS NO SHORT OF DETAILS HERE. THEY COME SLIGHTLY PRE-DISTRESSED AS EVIDENCED BY THE SCRATCHES ON THE TOE BOX & BACK HEEL SECTION. THE MIDSOLE IS TEXTURED BOTH VERTICALLY & HORIZONTALLY SEPARATED BY 2 STRIPES OF GRAY. THE BOTTOM SOLE RESEMBLE MUSCLES WITH THEIR STRIATIONS COURSING THROUGH THE BODY. EVEN THE COLOR OF THE SOLE SOMEWHAT RESEMBLE THE MUSCLES. THE GRAPHIC PRINTING OF A FIERCE BEAST IN SILVER IS SIMPLY AMAZING! FIRST OFF, THE ART LOOKS LIKE AN EXTREMELY DETAILED DRAWING WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE LINES OF A GRAPHIC PEN. SECONDLY, THE GRAPHICS ARE INTEGRATED INTO THE LEATHER. YOU CAN'T FEEL ANYTHING RAISED ON TOP OF THE SMOOTH LEATHER. EVEN AT THE WRINKLED AREAS, THERE ARE NO CRACKING IN THE GRAPHICS. THE DETAILS CONTINUE EVEN INSIDE THE SNEAKERS. ALEXANDER'S THEME WITH THE AMQ LINE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ABOUT ANATOMY. THE GRAPHICS ON THE INSIDE IS AN ANATOMICAL DRAWING OF THE BONES OF THE ANKLE & FOOT.....TIBIA, FIBULA, CALCANEOUS, TALUS, ETC. VERY IMPRESSIVE!
